Franciscan Senior Health & Wellness Center to Host Open House at New Location in Greenwood
The Franciscan Senior Health & Wellness Center, part of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), recently moved to a new location in Greenwood. Franciscan Senior Health & Wellness is a member of the National PACE Association.
An open house will be hosted at the new location on Thursday, August 15. Tours of the facility will take place from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and refreshments will be available.
The Franciscan Senior Health & Wellness Center in Indianapolis was the first PACE Center in the state of Indiana, opening its doors in January of 2015. Since then, the program has expanded to three additional sites across the state. Part of the Franciscan Senior Health & Wellness PACE Program’s vision is to serve as many seniors as possible.
The new 13,500 square foot location in Greenwood was designed to meet the growing needs of the Indianapolis region, offer a more centralized location within the designated service area, and present a layout that is more conducive to the all-inclusive services the program offers to its participants.
Franciscan Senior Health & Wellness is a community-based healthcare program created for people 55 or older who are eligible for nursing-home level care but prefer to receive their care in their own familiar surroundings.
The new location for the Franciscan Senior Health & Wellness Center is at 1040 Sierra Drive, Suite 600 in Greenwood.
