Home Bank Announces Officer Promotions
Dan Moore, CEO at Home Bank, has announced the following officer promotions:
Alexandra Ross has been promoted to Senior Vice President/Chief Retail Banking Officer. Ross began her career at Home Bank in 2008 and most recently served as Vice President/Director of Retail. She holds a certification as an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and is a 2018 graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking (University of Pennsylvania).
Mikie Roe has been promoted to Assistant Vice President/ Accounting Manager. Roe began her career with Home Bank in 2016 as a staff accountant. Prior to joining the bank, she served for 16 years with accounting roles in the manufacturing and publishing industries. Roe graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Savannah Lowry has been promoted to Assistant Vice President/Director of Human Resources. She joined the bank in 2012 as a customer service representative and has served many areas within the bank including deposit operations, loan servicing, and human resources. Lowry has served as a volunteer with Stability First in Martinsville, assisting with fundraising and resume coaching for residents. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis.
Cindy M. Patrick has been promoted to Assistant Vice President/Director of Branch Administration. Prior to joining Home Bank, she worked in banking for six years, serving in retail operations and mortgage loan originations with BMO Harris Bank. Patrick came to Home Bank in 2017 as the Plainfield Branch Manager. In 2019, she accepted the leadership role at Home Bank’s Main Office Retail Branch in Martinsville.
Teresa Brown has been promoted to Assistant Vice President/Mooresville Branch Manager. She has over 30 years of banking experience, including service with Chase and Key Banks in Johnson County. Brown joined Home Bank in 2015 as Branch Manager for its Grand Valley location in Martinsville. She is currently a member of the board of directors of the Morgan County Leadership Academy and is also a past member of Rotary International, serving with the Martinsville and Mooresville-Decatur clubs.
Josh Burrows has been promoted to Assistant Vice President/ Business Continuity Coordinator/ Martinsville Branch Manager. Burrows began his career at Home Bank in 2018 as a Relationship Manager. In 2019, he accepted the Branch Manager role at the Plainfield Branch. Burrows is a Six Sigma Green Belt, Bloomberg Terminal Certified, and currently enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Southern Indiana. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis.
Eric Theurer has been promoted to Plainfield Branch Manager. Theurer joined the bank in 2014 in the loan department. He has served in various roles throughout the organization, including the most recent position of Relationship Manager. Theurer is a 2017 Morgan County Leadership Academy graduate and has served as a member of the Martinsville Noon Lions Club. He is currently a ministry partner at Grace Church where he leads the men’s ministry and small group teams. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.
