Meet Aspire Ambassador Tracy McCarty with Everwise Credit Union. Tracy has been an ambassador for 4 years. Here are some things to know about Tracy:

  1. As an ambassador of 4 years, how has it been beneficial to you and your business?

Being an ambassador has helped me get connected with so many amazing people!

  2. What excites you about being an ambassador?

The connections I’ve made and feeling like I’m a part of something that matters.

  3. Can you remember a favorite moment during your time as an ambassador that sticks with you?

Yes, I most certainly can. I had a met a business owner and his wife who had been regularly attending networking events then I hadn’t seen them in a while. I mentioned it, and he was immediately contacted by Aspire staff. He came in and met with them and was shown all the hits on the site his business was getting, and he was able to see results from his membership. He's back to coming regularly.

  4. What advice do you have for professionals trying to connect with other professionals?

Show up and be your authentic self. Aspire is welcoming and truly wants to help you achieve your goals.

  5. Do you have any good networking tricks or habits you have that have worked for you when you are networking?

Networking is about listening instead of talking. Business owners are passionate about what they do and listening to them tell their stories is not only interesting, it can help uncover areas to help them with in their membership.

  6. What is your favorite color?

    Red

  7. Tell us something you love to do as a hobby or a favorite vacation spot.

I love the beach and the mountains and just being outside.

  8. What is your favorite thing about Aspire?

Aspire helped me make what initially was a tough transition to Johnson County a truly enjoyable one.

Thank you so much, Tracy, for caring for your fellow members and their development with Aspire.
