California Custom Fruits and Flavors was founded in 1986 by Terry Hall, an experienced professional and visionary in the food manufacturing industry, and his wife Rose Ann. In the beginning, they would cook the early fruit batches in their kitchen at home until they were able to lease a facility in Irwindale, California. Terry’s vision was to offer superior custom ingredients backed by strong sourcing, technical excellence, and state-of-the-art manufacturing. In 2002, Terry Hall unfortunately passed away, leaving his legacy behind. California Custom Fruits and Flavors is still family-owned and operated today and is 100% dedicated to their employees and customers.
The CCFF family expanded with the opening of the Greenwood, Indiana Plant in February 2020. It is a brand-new facility totaling over 65,000 square feet. Even though the Greenwood team is 1,792 miles away from the Irwindale team they still feel like family and have incredible teamwork! Greenwood can only imagine how proud Terry Hall would be of this expansion bringing his legacy to the Midwest. The Company encourages a focus on family and employee growth while cultivating creativity and innovation in the workplace.
