Cousins Subs has served quality deli-fresh sandwiches since 1972 when Bill Specht and his cousin set out to bring their favorite East Coast-style subs to Milwaukee. More than 50 years later, we continue to Make It Better by crafting high-quality subs, sides and shakes across the Midwest—including right here in Indianapolis.
Bill’s daughter Christine Specht leads Cousins Subs as CEO, carrying on her father’s vision with a relentless focus on quality, hospitality and community. Family values drive everything we do—from the warm, welcoming experience in our restaurants to the way we give back to the communities we serve.
Our Emerson location is one of two in Indianapolis, and we’re just getting started. As we grow, we remain committed to serving fresh, flavorful food and investing in the local community.
