Real Estate Veteran Joins Berkshire Hathaway-Greenwood
Berkshire Hathaway-Greenwood is pleased to announce that John M. Chiarotti II has joined our team as a Commercial/Land Broker. Prior to joining, John had previously been a Land Broker with FC Tucker Commercial, Director of Acquisitions with Mann Properties and completed a 14-year stint with Davis Homes serving as Vice President of Business Development and On Your Lot Sales. While at Davis, John developed and launched the OYL/Custom home division of Davis, growing it to be the largest in central Indiana. In his over 30 years in the real estate industry, John has been involved in the acquisition, disposition and development of over 5,000 acres of land, 10,000 residential units and 5 million square feet of commercial space.

A 1996 graduate of Franklin College, John resides in Center Grove with his wife, Jody, and their two children, Lexi and Ty. John is also a 2001 graduate of Leadership Johnson County and a founder and President of the Chiarotti-Treibic Foundation contributing to various charitable organizations throughout Johnson County.
